Job Purpose:

You will be assisting in the daily management of the finance departments with accounting related operations. Also, assisting the team at the end of month closings and the Head of Accounting in the day to day operations. This is a hands-on role, including both daily operational and administrative tasks.

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the monthly closing
  • Assisting in the daily operations (invoicing, cost allocation etc.)
  • Takes responsibility to improve internal process and routines
  • Takes responsibility for the day to day governance (VAT, interim reports, audit) 
  • Takes responsibility to structure and archive for all compliance document, agreements from M&As, material suppliers agreements and key sales agreements

  • Knowledge of Accounting and IFRS understanding

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years in the same or similar role
  • In the final stages of completing the ACCA foundation modules
